What we collect

When you submit a request through this website, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, service address or town, service selected, a brief description of your issue, optional photo, and preferred contact window. We also receive basic server and device metadata (IP, user-agent, referring URL) that every web request carries.

• To call you back with an estimate or to schedule a visit.
• To diagnose the issue you described and plan the work.
• To maintain records of work performed, as required by NJ plumbing license obligations.

Who sees it

Only Omar Gonzalez and OCG staff involved in your job. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketing partners.

Data retention

Estimate and job records are retained for the duration required by NJ plumbing regulations and for legitimate business purposes (warranty follow-up, tax records). You may request deletion by emailing us — we will delete what we are not legally required to retain.
