This website is operated by OCG Plumbing & Heating, a New Jersey Master-Plumber-licensed contractor serving Bergen County, NJ. Using the site means you agree to these terms.
Requests are not contracts
Submitting the estimate form is a request for contact, not a contract for service. Actual work is governed by a written estimate signed in person before any tools come out.
Written estimates
All non-emergency work is quoted on paper before starting. The number you see is the number you pay for the defined scope. Scope changes require re-approval in writing. Emergency after-hours work carries a premium disclosed in advance.
Warranty
1-year workmanship warranty on every install and repair. If something fails because of how we installed it, we fix it on our dime. Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty, which we register for you at install.
Licensing
NJ Master Plumber License 13158. Licensed, bonded, and fully insured (general liability + workers’ compensation). Verify the license in the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs public lookup.
Liability
This site is provided as-is for informational and service-request purposes. OCG Plumbing & Heating is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site itself. Liability for completed work is governed by the written estimate and applicable NJ law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
