Water Leak Repair FAQ
Quick answers before you call.
How do you find a leak inside the wall without tearing it open?
Acoustic listening tools and thermal cameras locate the leak source first. We pressure-test the system to isolate hot vs cold side. Only then do we cut — and only the smallest opening that lets us reach it.
How long does the repair usually take?
Most localized leaks: 1–3 hours once the leak is located. Hidden slab or in-wall leaks with significant access work: half a day to a full day. Quote is given before we start.
Do you warranty the work?
Yes. 1-year workmanship warranty on every install and repair — if it fails because of how we did it, we come back and fix it. Equipment carries manufacturer warranty (typically 6–12 years depending on unit), which we register at install.
